The purpose of sequencing this strain was to analyze the differentially expressed genes between the high-concentration DDAB treated and untreated strains, and to perform functional annotation and pathway enrichment analysis, so as to analyze the cross-drug/co-resistance mechanism of Campylobacter to disinfectants and antimicrobials from the molecular level, and to provide data support for the safety evaluation of disinfectants.
