Resistance of Gluconacetobacter diazotrophicus to Sugarcane Red Stripe Disease

Sugarcane red stripe disease (SRSD), caused by Acidovorax avenae subsp. avenae (Aaa), is a bacterial disease that severely reduces sugarcane yield and quality. This study investigated the resistance effect and molecular mechanism of Gluconacetobacter diazotrophicus (Gd) against SRSD.This study provides a theoretical basis for the biological control of SRSD.
