TcrA is a transcriptional regulator required for sporangium formation, spore dormancy, sporangium dehiscence and flagellar gene expression in Actinoplanes missouriensis. In this project, a comparative RNA-Seq analysis between the wild-type and the tcrA gene mutant was conducted. Total RNA was extracted from the cells grown on the sporangium-forming HAT agar at 30 degrees for 6 days.
