Eutrema salsugineum - progressive drought treatment

Eutrema salsugineum is a plant that is naturally tolerant to multiple abiotic stresses. We used two natural accessions of E. salsugineum in our study: Yukon from a semi-arid and sub-arctic region of Canada, and Shandong from a semi-tropical and monsoonal region of China. In this study, we subjected the two natural accessions to a progressive drought treatment to quantify their transcriptomic responses to repeated drought stresses.
