Whole-genome sequencing of Diversity Outbred mice (n = 10, pilot) (house mouse)

10 DO mice (n = 5 males, n = 5 females; J:DO; RRID:IMSR_JAX:009376) were sequenced to approximately 20X coverage. Reads were then aligned and used for variant calling. Each genome was then reconstructed in terms of the DO founder strain haplotypes. Haplotype and SNP calls were then compared to those derived from array-based genotyping (Giga Mouse Universal Genotyping Array) and low-pass WGS followed by imputation.
