To clarify the global changes, such as global warming and climatic anomalies, it is important to understand the characteristics of the basic meteorological elements and surface fluxes. The purpose of FORSGC-Eastern Siberian Taiga (Grass land site) Observation is to monitor these meteorological values and modeling of the phenomena through observational research. This observation was carried out during the Intensive Observation Period in 2000.In grassland, the Bowen ratio method was used to determine sensible and latent heat fluxes.(FORSGC: Frontier Observational Research System for Global Change)
