Raw Replay Behavior Data for "Sensorimotor integration enhances temperature stimulus processing"

Note: This data is needed to run the analysis code of "Sensorimotor integration enhances stimulus processing." To analyze the data yourself, using the NWB files in the linked DANDI repository is strongly encouraged.

The data in this repository is organized as follows:

Each experimental day is one folder

Within that folder is one subfolder per experiment, with the following files:

*.info -> general metadata about the experiment

frameDict.json -> mapping between experimental frames and camera frames for trail tracking

*.track -> online tracking data as [frame index, X pixel, Y pixel, heading, experiment phas, laser on?, laser output

*_MPB.h5 -> raw tail tracking output

*_MPB.h5_converted.hdf5 -> collation of needed trail tracking data for analysis

*.png -> overview of swim positions and inferred arena
