Tax Increment Financing (TIF) - Historical - Districts 2020

This feature layer of the Tax Increment Financing District is only the boundary of each TIF. It does not contain revenue data. For the latest revenue data please check out our TIF Viewer application. Taxing Districts are units of local government that provide services and are authorized to levy taxes on property within their geographic boundaries to pay for those services. Geographic boundaries are based on the parcels. Tax District Boundaries are maintained by the Cook County Clerk’s Office.
