Hemodialysis Vascular Sound Index (HVSI) Dataset and Change Log (Tojinkai Hospital)

The dataset includes clinical parameters, ultrasound-derived flow volume (FV) and resistance index (RI), Hemodialysis Vascular Sound Index (HVSI) measurements, and laboratory data including CRP. Data have been cleaned, audited, and annotated with flags for values below the limit of detection (LOD). A complete changelog is provided to ensure full transparency and reproducibility.
