Temporal changes in mice hippocampus transcriptome after pilocarpine-induced seizure

We mapped out temporal changes in mice hippocampus transcriptome as mRNA-seq and microRNA-seq after pilocarpine-induced SE to understand better molecular and cellular pathways that lead to neurodegenerative and neuroprotective processes after SE. Hippocampal mRNA-seq of C57Bl/6J mice, control and treated with pilocarpine, RNA collected at time points: 1 hour, 8 hours, 36 hours and 120 hours after start of seizure. 8 controls and 11 experimental. Hippocampal microRNA-seq of C57Bl/6J mice, control and treated with pilocarpine, RNA collecte at time points: 1 hour, 8 hours, 24 hours and 120 hours after start of seizure. 8 controls and 8 experimental.
