Extramammary Paget’s disease (EMPD) is a rare cutaneous adenocarcinoma that originates in apocrine gland-rich skin and frequently progresses to invasive and metastatic stages. The molecular drivers underlying its aggressive behavior remain poorly characterized, hindering the development of targeted therapies. We performed proteomic (4D-DIA-MS) profiling of 39 clinically staged EMPD specimens, including adjacent non‑tumor, intraepidermal, invasive, and metastatic lymph node tissues.
