Supplemental Tables S7 and S8 report results of SIMPER analyses to assess community dissimilarity between fall and spring midwater zooplankton assemblages over the Clarion Clipperton Zone (CCZ) NORI-D exploration license. Supplemental Tables S9 and S10 report BLAST results to assess the accuracy of taxonomic classification of reads that derive from metabarcoding of zooplankton assemblages at the COI and 18S rDNA markers (9 depth-stratified nets, 1m2 MOCNESS collections). Additional data files for integrated zooplankton biomass and metadata for all 1m2 MOCNESS tows are also included.
