Early pembrolizumab clearance as promising and clinically feasible biomarker for survival in advanced-stage NSCLC patients

Data was collected in two clinical studies: the DEDICATION-1 study and the PD-1 study. Baseline population characteristics, bodyweight during follow-up and pembrolizumab plasma concentrations (peak, mid and trough) was collected. Individual emperical Bayes estimates for pembrolizumab clearance were obtained via non-linear mixed-effects modeling with software package NONMEM (published in supplementary).
