ERMer is the first cloud platform offering an overview of the regulatory landscape of E. coli based on a graph database approach. It enables effective interactive navigation and visualization, which can help researchers uncover the complete regulatory map and find complex regulatory cascades/patterns. High-quality interactions were obtained from published databases, such as BiGG, STITCH, STRING and RegulonDB.
