X-ray diffraction images of Eranthis hyemalis (Winter Aconite) type II ribosome inactivating protein (RIP) (orthorhombic form).

A crystal grown at 4 °C in PACT condition B12 (0.01 M zinc chloride, 0.1 M MES pH 6, 20 % PEG 6000) was cryoprotected and data at 100 K were collected at DLS beamline I04-1. For this crystal, a wavelength of 0.9282 Å was used and 3600 images of 0.1° rotation each were collected with an exposure time of 0.05 s per image.
