B16 and HCmel12 mouse melanoma cell were treated with a specific inhibitor of stearoyl-CoA desaturase (SCD). Total RNA was isolated and transcriptome analyses was done by 3'mRNA-Seq. Experiments were performed in biological triplicates including respective vehicle controls.
