Metagenomic Sequencing of Small Mammal Viromes from Myanmar

Metagenomic sequencing on the Illumina NextSeq 2000 system using the NextSeq 1000/2000 P2 Reagents (300 Cycles) v3. Extracted RNA from rectal swabs collected from small mammals in Myanmar. Extracted RNA, synthesized cDNA, and generated Illumina sequencing libraries. Study goal to investigate viromes of sampled animals to better understand viral diversity present in wildlife populations.
