This dataset accompanies the manuscript entitled "Multi-environment validation of PACE markers identifies robust loci for marker-assisted improvement of barley productivity". The dataset contains genotyping data generated using 103 PACE (PCR Allele Competitive Extension) markers developed from previously published SNP loci associated with agronomic traits and grain yield components in barley (Hordeum vulgare L.). The markers were validated across a diverse barley collection evaluated in multiple environments. Files included: PACE markers annotation.xlsxDetailed information for all 103 PACE markers, including marker identifiers, associated traits, chromosomal positions, SNP information, and assay characteristics. Results of 103 PACE genotyping.xlsxComplete genotyping matrix for the barley accessions analyzed in this study. The dataset contains genotype calls for all validated PACE markers across the investigated germplasm collection. The SNP loci used for PACE marker development were previously identified through genome-wide association studies and published in: Genievskaya, Y., Abugalieva, S., & Turuspekov, Y. (2025).
