轴承对称差体现的是轴承的对称度,对称差越小,对称度越高,因此轴承沟道的对称差关系到轴承的寿命和稳定性,对各类轴承的沟道对称差进行检测,帮助企业判断轴承质量是否达标,为改进生产工艺、维修生产设备提供重要参考。1、数据收集:对每批次轴承产品进行随机抽样检测,每次检测取沟道内五个检测点,测量并记录其对称差,2、数据处理:将五个检测点对称差数据与标准值进行对比,判断每次检测值是否合格;计算五个检测点对称差的平均值以减小检测误差,平均对称差=(实测①+实测②+实测③+实测④+实测⑤)/5,将平均对称差与标准值进行对比,判断平均值是否合格,若平均值合格,则轴承沟道对称差检测合格,记录检测合格样本数;计算合格率,合格率=合格数量/检验数量*100%,若合格率为100%,则判定本批次轴承的沟道对称差合格,否则,该批次不合格,需要对该批次产品进行逐个检测,将不合格产品返工处理。3、通过对轴承沟道对称差的检测,可以更好的把握轴承的寿命,并提前减小安全隐患。

Bearing symmetry difference reflects the symmetry degree of bearings. The smaller the symmetry difference, the higher the symmetry level. Therefore, the symmetry difference of bearing raceways is closely related to the service life and stability of bearings. Detecting the raceway symmetry difference of various types of bearings helps enterprises judge whether the bearing quality meets the specified standards, and provides important references for improving production processes and maintaining production equipment. 1. Data Collection: Random sampling inspection is carried out on each batch of bearing products. Five detection points are selected within the raceway for each inspection, and their symmetry differences are measured and recorded. 2. Data Processing: Compare the symmetry difference data of the five detection points with the standard value to determine whether each individual detection result is qualified. Calculate the average value of the symmetry differences of the five detection points to reduce detection errors: Average Symmetry Difference = (Measured Value ① + Measured Value ② + Measured Value ③ + Measured Value ④ + Measured Value ⑤)/5. Compare the average symmetry difference with the standard value to judge whether the average value is qualified. If the average value is qualified, the raceway symmetry difference inspection of the bearing is deemed qualified, and the number of qualified inspection samples is recorded. Calculate the qualification rate, where Qualification Rate = (Qualified Quantity / Total Inspected Quantity) * 100%. If the qualification rate reaches 100%, the raceway symmetry difference of this batch of bearings is deemed qualified; otherwise, the batch is deemed unqualified, and each product in the batch needs to be inspected individually for rework of unqualified products. 3. By inspecting the raceway symmetry difference of bearings, the service life of bearings can be better grasped, and potential safety hazards can be reduced in advance.
