Microfluidic engineering of triple-responsive cystine-crosslinked microgels for mild-redox-triggered chemotherapy

This dataset contains experimental and imaging data generated in a study on microfluidic synthesis of cystine-crosslinked poly(acrylamide) microgels for glutathione- and pH-responsive doxorubicin delivery. It covers microgel fabrication parameters, size and morphology, pH and ionic strength responsiveness, redox-triggered degradation, drug loading and release profiles, as well as in vitro cytotoxicity and fluorescence microscopy analyses in cancer and healthy cells.
