Transcriptome data of the TB cultivar was used to analyze the tissue expression pattern of FtAAT genes. seedling was planted on the experimental farm of Shanxi Agriculture University, Taigu, Shanxi, China, and samples of six tissues (root, stem, leaf, flower, developing grain and mature grain) were collected and sent to Majorbio Bio Pharm Technology Co., Ltd (Shanghai, China) for RNA-seq.
