Kero-Mori: Anonymized waterbody-level observation dataset from Kyoto temple–shrine waterscapes (2023–2024)

This Zenodo record provides an anonymized, analysis-ready waterbody-level dataset from visual/acoustic surveys of anurans conducted at culturally managed temple–shrine waterscapes in Kyoto, Japan (2023–2024). The public release excludes direct identifiers (facility/waterbody names) and exact coordinates to protect sensitive sites. A codebook describing predictor categorization and reference levels is included. Raw eDNA sequence data are archived separately in the DDBJ Sequence Read Archive (BioProject PRJDB39741; runs DRR878002–DRR878115).
