Electrophysiology files are provided in Igor binary format (.Ibw), which can be opened and analyzed in Igor Pro or Matlab (using the IbwRead function from the Mathworks file exchange). Image files are deposited in either .tif format or Olympus .vsi format, both of which can be opened with ImageJ/FIJI.
