RNA helicase in regulation of reproduction in Arabidopsis

To gain insights into the gene regulatory processes involving Arabidopsis RH17 RNA Seq was applied on the Illumina Next Seq500 plattform. Ovules harboring mature gametophytes were isolated three days after emasculation from Arabidopsis Col0 wild-type and rh17/RH17 and used for RNA preparation and library preparation.
