Skeletal muscle phenotype of the DE50-MD dog: picrosirius red

This dataset contains all picrosirius red histology data used in the manuscript The skeletal muscle phenotype of the DE50-MD dog model of Duchenne muscular dystrophy Included are: 1) all raw images (separated by staining batch) for both longitudinal vastus lateralis and post-mortem multiple muscles (images in .tif format) These are subdivided into three .zip files for convenience (labelled appropriately) 2) quantitative 'fibrosis fraction' values derived from thos images, as per-image values and mean per-sample values, along with a sample key. This is provided as a single excel spreadsheet.
