Affymetrix HG-U133 Plus2 Array was applied to identify differentially expressed genes between FACS sorted CD26+ and CD26- subpopulations of HT29 colorectal cancer cell-line. Overall design: Gene expression profiles of FACS sorted CD26+ and CD26- subpopulation of HT29 cells were investigated using the Affymetrix human genome U133 Plus 2.0 GeneChip (Affymetrix). Data generated was analyzed using Genespring GX 350 (Affymetrix) and Genomatix Genome Analyzer (Genomatix). Differentially expressed genes between HT29 CD26+ and CD26- cells were identified.
