Instrument or system? A systematic review of construction and urban resilience: data, rubrics, model outputs and code

Data and materials for the article "Instrument or system? A systematic review of construction and urban resilience" (submitted to Construction Management and Economics). The package contains: the identifiers of all 2,094 records (DOI, Scopus EID, Web of Science accession number, title, year, source) with their relevance scores, codes and theme assignments; the supplementary tables; the scoring and coding rubrics, codebooks, worked examples and prompts; the batch outputs of the corpus model (Claude, claude-opus-5-5); the returns of the two model coders (GPT-5.6 Luna, Gemini 3.6 Flash) and the DeepSeek adjudication for the validation and hold-out samples, with sample keys and agreement statistics; the comparison-search sample, codes and citation-density results; clustering diagnostics; all Python analysis code; and the time-stamped analysis log with SHA-256 hashes of every sample key. Abstracts and keywords from Scopus and the Web of Science Core Collection are not included because they are licensed and cannot be redistributed. Licensed users can retrieve them using the identifiers provided and reproduce every result with the code. See README.md inside the archive.
