Activation Network

Note: This repository contains some data used in the analysis of the activation network. The remaining data and code are available through the GitHub repository. To run the code from the GitHub page, the following files are also required in addition to those stored on GitHub. #metabolite_KO_output_GEM9.txt flux profile for in silico metabolite knockout. #gene_expression_all_genome2.Rdata We have retrived microarray data (genome2 chip) from arrayexpress database. This file contains the processed expression data. #gene_expression_all_avgConditionWise_genome2.Rdata In this file, samples from different studies that belong to the same condition are averaged to prevent bias toward highly studied conditions. #gene_co_expression_avgConditionWise_correlation.Rdata Gene expression was calculated using the gene_expression_all_avgConditionWise data. A correlation test was performed.
