TFC Traces

Dataset Description – Part 1 of 5 (TFC Topology) This record contains the power side-channel traces for the TFC (Tiny Fully Connected) AI accelerator topology generated using the AMD-Xilinx FINN framework. Included Model Configurations & Traces: `tfc_1w1a`: Baseline (HT-Free) and Trojan-infected variants (Trace length: 1,120 samples) `tfc_1w2a`: Baseline (HT-Free) and Trojan-infected variants (Trace length: 1,120 samples) `tfc_2w2a`: Baseline (HT-Free) and Trojan-infected variants (Trace length: 1,140 samples) Key Details: Target Board: NewAE ChipWhisperer-305 (Artix-7 FPGA @ 20 MHz) Oscilloscope: Teledyne LeCroy HDO9409-MS (100 MHz sampling, 5× oversampling factor) Format: HDF5 (`.h5`) containing trace arrays, predicted labels (`prediction`), and ground-truth values (`expected_val`).
