Transcriptomic and proteomic analysis of inhibitory effect of carvacrol on Aspergillus Niger

In this study, the main pathogen of garlic buds was identified as Aspergillus Niger by morphological and molecular biological methods. Combined with transcriptomic and proteomic analysis, the specific mechanism of inhibiting Aspergillus Niger by carvacrol was further discussed.
