Simulation files of oxDNA simulations of a tetrahedron

Simulation in oxNA to understand the behavior of a DNA tetrahedra carrying a gapmer as it interacts with a miRNA. The corner simulation file includes 16 replicate simulation and an ipython notebook for the analysis of the opening and closing of the corner making a toehold available. The 'ToeholdMediatedStrandDisplacement_simulation' file includes 16 replicate simulation and an ipython notebook for the analysis of the displacement of a digested miRNA product by a new miRNA product via toehold mediated strand displacement. <br>
