Isolation and identification of vesicles-cloaked virus clusters in wastewater

This study was focused on the isolation of vesicle-cloaked virus cluster in wastewater. Samples were taken from two different types of wastewater, municipal and hospital wastewater. We used optimized methods to isolate the virus from wastewater successfully and we quantify the viral community in vesicle-cloaked virus cluster using metagenomics.
