Patient derived organoids (PDOs) were established from colorectal cancer biopsies. DNA was isolated with Quiagen DNA Blood and Tissue kit. Sequencing libraries were prepared with the Illumina TruSeq Custom Amplicon Panel and Sequencing was performed on a MiSeq (Illumina).
