Identifying changes in RNA metabolism under depletion of Qk5 or Qk6/7 isoforms in mouse myoblasts Overall design: RNAs regulated by either Qk isoform(s) or both Qk isoforms should change in abundance and splicing pattern under isoform-specific depletion strategy. Cultured myoblasts were treated with control, Qk5-specific, or Qk6/7-specific siRNAs, then RNA was extracted, purified, depleted of ribosomal RNA, and sequenced. Changes in abundance and splicing were measured.
