青少年双胞胎多模态脑影像数据集

本数据集包含了来自12至19岁正常发育的青少年双胞胎（包括同卵双胞胎和异卵双胞胎）的多模态脑影像数据和全面的行为评估。脑影像部分包括结构磁共振成像、静息态功能磁共振成像和弥散磁共振成像，为研究大脑结构、功能连接和白质特征提供了基础。除了影像数据，该数据集还提供了丰富的神经心理测试结果，涵盖认知能力、情感和社会行为、家庭环境、睡眠、压力、焦虑和抑郁等方面。为了方便使用，我们还额外提供了预处理后的脑影像数据，并提取了多种影像表现型。本数据集为研究遗传和环境因素在青少年大脑发育及行为塑造中的作用提供了研究基础。

This dataset contains multimodal brain imaging data and comprehensive behavioral assessments from typically developing adolescent twins (including monozygotic and dizygotic twins) aged 12 to 19 years old. The brain imaging modalities include structural magnetic resonance imaging (sMRI), resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI), and diffusion magnetic resonance imaging (dMRI), which provide a foundation for researching brain structure, functional connectivity, and white matter characteristics. In addition to the imaging data, this dataset also provides abundant neuropsychological test results covering cognitive abilities, emotional and social behaviors, family environment, sleep, stress, anxiety, and depression, among other aspects. To facilitate usage, we have additionally provided preprocessed brain imaging data and extracted multiple imaging phenotypes. This dataset provides a research foundation for investigating the roles of genetic and environmental factors in adolescent brain development and behavioral shaping.
