Investigate whether VLDLR can mediate the biogenesis of circular RNA, and whether an adaptor that bridges the VLDLR signal and the biogenesis of circular RNA . Bone macrophages derived from Wild type (WT),VLDLR Knockout (VLDLR-/-,KO) and ROBO4 knockout (ROBO4-/-,KO) mice ,respectively were cultured in vitro with 20ng/ml M-CSF for 14 days.
