R scripts for analyzing the effects of shade tree characteristics on soil quality distribution in cocoa agroforestry systems in Ghana

The repository contains all R scripts used for data analysis to assess the effect of shade tree diversity, canopy cover and total abundance on soil quality distribution. The scripts include transforming and weighing soil characteristics and their combination into a weighted soil quality index. Multinomial Logistic Regression and Principals Components Analysis are included.
