These datasets include the phased assemblies of the Charolais breed bovine genome that were performed using both the Parent-HiFi and the Hi-C-HiFi methods. The Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and Environment INRAE, with the support of a consortium of private companies and Occitanie region, carried out the SeqOccIn research program.
