资源简介:
The breeding of hybrid rice has made a significant contribution to world food security. With global warming, the threat of heat stress to hybrid rice yield and hybrid rice seed production is increasing. One effective strategy to address these issues is the screening and breeding of heat- resistant restorer lines. However, the molecular basis for varying anther heat resistance remains unknown. In this study, we compared heat resistant and performed transcriptome analysis on anthers from two hybrid rice restorer lines, R996 (heat-resistant) and R4628 (heat-sensitive). The results indicated that the common differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between the two lines are involving processes like protein processing and carbon metabolism, with heat shock proteins being prevalent.
