Quantification of neuronal protein degradation dyamics by region and age in mice. AAV-Camk2a;PheRS transduced mice were pulse labeled with azide-modified Phe and subsequently sacrificed at different time points in the chase period, allowing the quantification of labeled neuronal protein degradation among brain regions and ages.
