File List moup_solve_ecoapps.m – MATLAB code for info-gap analysis<br> moup_solve_ecoapps.txt – text file version of the above m-file Description The file moup_solve_ecoapps.m contains the MATLAB code that performs an info-gap analysis on a 2 × 2 matrix model for mountain plovers. One portion of the code solves for the possible parameter combinations that meet a given level performance as measured by the population’s growth rate (λ). Another portion measures the amount of robustness and opportunity of certain decisions. In this case, the decision is whether to invest a given level of effort in managing the nest success of mountain plovers. The code has been annotated to show how each step of our decision algorithm works. In order to properly run the code the Symbolic Toolbox should be used.
