Longitudinal analysis of DNL919 on microglia transcriptomics in the TB36 mouse model

DNL919 induces durable response in microglia evidenced by mild-to-strong activation of DAM, cell cycle, and immune related pathways at day 7. TB36; hTfR KI mice were administrated with a single dose (10mg/kg) of DNL919 or ATV:DNP02 or vehicle at Day 0 and taken down 1, 4 , and 7 days post dose. Microglia were FACS-sorted from the brains for microglia RNAseq analysis.
