We generated a chromosome-level genome assembly for Brenthis ino from two male individuals; one contributing Pacbio CLR and Illumina WGS data for assembling contigs, and one contributing Arima HiC data for scaffolding. We also generated a gene annotation and analysed the genome using two additional Illumina WGS datasets: one for the same individual as used for HiC sequencing and another for a female individual.
