RNA-sequencing of smpB-dependent gene expression in A. Veronii C4

We generated A. veronii strains that express SmpB(wt) or not(?smpB) in trans to evaluate the changes in gene expression upon SmpB expression. As SmpB participate in transtranslation sysytem, this allows us to explore the gene regulaton in A.veronii. Overall design: wild type and ?smpB of A.veronii were grown in M9 medium. mRNA profiles were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina Hiseq xTen.
