RAD-tag sequencing of Gasterosteus aculeatus lake-stream cross

We created an F2 cross of Gasterosteus aculeatus (threespine stickleback) from eastern Switzerland to study selection on traits and loci associated with rapid divergence between lake and stream ecotypes. Wild-caught parents (F0s) for the cross were a single male from the Lake Constance population and a single female from a nearby stream population. Included are sequences for the 2 F0s replicated across multiple libraries, 642 F2s generated from many pairs of F1s, and a set of 40 adults sampled from the same lake and stream locations for reference (10 of each sex from each location). Illumina RAD-tag sequences are primarily from 7 HiSeq libraries supplemented by 55 reads from a NextSeq library.
