Manmals regeneration is challenging due to limited regenerative capacity, while the axolotl can regenerate multiple organs, including the brain. Yet, the regulatory mechanism of telencephalon regeneration in axolotl remains unclear. Here, by single-cell accessibility sequencing (scATAC-Seq), we described the transcription factors in different cell types during regeneration, especially ractivate regeneration ependymoglial cells (REAEGC) associated transcription factors, that greatly affect the ragulation of telencephalic injury regeneration in axolotl.
