Source data for "Shell viscosity estimation of lipid-coated microbubbles"

This repository provides the source data associated with the paper "Shell viscosity estimation of lipid-coated microbubbles" by Marco Cattaneo and Outi Supponen, published in Soft Matter (https://doi.org/10.1039/d3sm00871a). The "Cattaneo_VideoSourceData.zip" file includes the video source data and the extracted radius–time curves for every bubble tested. The interframe time, and therefore the sampling interval of the radius–time curves, is 100 ns. The "Cattaneo_UltrasoundWaveSourceData.zip" file includes the experimentally recorded ultrasound waveform used to drive each tested bubble and as input for the simulations.
