Epithelium movies with curated segmentation and tracks - Dataset for EpiCure

Movies of epithelium development and associated ground truth (segmentation and tracking) in EpiCure"s format. Each raw movie has an associated _labels.tif file that contains the curated segmented cells. Each cell is associated to a label so the track can be reconstructed from the label values. This dataset is associated with the publication of EpiCure, Letort et al. 2026: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.64898/2026.03.27.714683v1. The raw movies were originally presented in (Cumming et al 2025) for the drosophila notum movie, (Michaut et al 2025) for the gastrulating quail, (Phan et al 2024) for the Drosophile abdomen histoblast and (Mancini et al 2023) for the zebrafish telencephalon.
