Comparsion of TCR-CDR3 sequencing of WT, STAT3ko, STAT3koPD-1ko donor T cells in the Liver and Gut of allogenetic HCT mouse recepients

We injected Thy1.2+ T cells from WT or STAT3ko or STAT3koPD-1ko C57BL/6 mice with T cell-depleted bone marrow cells from WT C57BL/6 mice into WT BALB/c recipients to establish acute GVHD model. We measured TCR repertoire of WT, STAT3ko, STAT3koPD-1ko C57BL/6donor CD4+ and CD8+ T cells before HCT and in the GVHD target tissues liver and gut at 6 days after HCT.
