资源简介:
This dataset supports the study titled “The regulatory subunits of phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K), p85α and p85β, differentially affect BRD7-mediated regulation of insulin signaling.” The objective of this study was to determine how the PI3K regulatory subunits p85α and p85β modulate BRD7 function in regulation of glucose homeostasis. The dataset includes raw and processed experimental data generated from mouse models and cell-based assays designed to evaluate insulin signaling and metabolic phenotypes under conditions of altered BRD7 expression and selective deletion of p85 isoforms. Data types include: Body weight measurements Fasting and fed blood glucose levels Glucose tolerance test (GTT) results Insulin tolerance test (ITT) results Pyruvate tolerance test (PTT) results Western blot densitometry quantification of insulin signaling components
